 POM Blogs  
I have been studying Buddhism, philosophy and Yoga for over ten years.
Applying these ancient teachings in simple and practical ways has helped me become a happier and more positive force in the world.
In my blog I share what I have been so fortunate to have learnt
about how to apply this ancient
wisdom in everyday life.

I began writing the blog posts for over 2 years ago.
​Sometimes I get a wobble up before I press 'send' on my blogs. These words by Kim McMillan inspire me send them off.

When I loved myself enough....
I started writing about my life and views
because I knew this was my right and responsibility
.


My blog posts are my opportunity to share my life and views. Thank you for listening. 
My intention is to share heartfelt, homebaked wisdom in practical ways.
Themes covered include forgiveness, gratitude, disappointment, worry, kindness, compassion, busyness, meditation, and connection.
