​Welcome to POM!
POM: Peace of Mind, is a space to share and spread a sense of connection for us all.
​

POM is a personal project which combines my interest and study in Buddhist philosophy and yoga teaching, 
as well as my passion for handicrafts, cooking and community service. I share the wisdom I have been taught in my weekly blogs. 
​

​POM’s profits are used to support community projects and facilitate a sense  of connection amongst communities.

 I am a mother, yoga, spiritual, and secondary school teacher, and the director of POM. I also worked as a health professional for many years, and have thirty years experience working with people in the areas of rehabilitation and education. 
 
 I love to share the simple, practical wisdom I have learned in my weekly blog posts. A story I particularly like to tell is my Slapdash Sock Story.  If you are interested, read my 'Slapdash Socks' blog here. 

My friend Sue is co-director of POM. She is an artist, and generously shares her talents on the POM website and POM cards.
