1.  Think about a time when you asked for help and no one seemed able to assist you 
(It may be best to choose a small thing that you needed help with, rather than something large like moving house )
Write it here

2.  How did you feel when others are not available to help?  
(You may feel frustrated, resentful, or hurt)  
Maybe you tell yourself - its not fair, why should I do it myself, or I help them )

3.  Is this a true, helpful story to keep telling yourself?

that shows forgiveness and compassion for all?

Ask yourself,  if you can do te task yourself, with joy? 
Think about who you help when you do this task 
Dedicate doing the activity with joy
to them and their happiness (and yours too)
and try to forgive and be compassionate
to those who are unable to help,
rather than resentful and blaming
