Are you someone who spends too much time worrying?  Worrying about your family, your life and yourself? Would you like to have some practical simple tools to help you ride life's ups and downs  to move from less worry to more wonder in your life?
I have created this 4 Week 'Worry to Wonder course to deepen your understanding  and practical application of the 3 tools introduced in the Peace of Happiness course so you can continue  your journey to find more confidence, peace and connection and share this with your family and friends .

This Course’ supports you to establish a practice to continue to 
  *  Reduce anxiety  and worry

  *  Feel  happier   

Worry to Wonder Course Details
The Course is available in 3 ways ​
  1. Face to Face - Individual  
  2. Face to Face - Group based
  • ​​​​4 X I hour sessions (in person, group, on Skype or Face Time)

  • Email support  available between sessions
