Worry To Wonder Women
​A four week guided group programme to promote peace of mind, mindfulness, confidence and connection in mothers, daughters, sisters and friends. Bring along your mother, daughter, sister or friend  



‘Worry to Wonder’ – 4 Week group guided programme with workbook 
 
Life can be challenging. Do you sometimes feel confused, worried, alone and down? Where is my life going? What am I supposed to be doing? Why do I feel the way I do? This is common, at many stages in life, but it doesn’t have to be. With wise advice we can make changes to live a happier, more meaningful life and be more resilient to life’s natural ups and downs. Would you like to make these changes to find more peace, confidence and joy in life.  
We spend so much effort, time and money trying to manage external things like our jobs, relationships, possessions and experiences seeking to find happiness and fulfillment. This often leaves us feeling frustrated and disillusioned.
Instead when we understand that happiness is a state of mind that can be cultivated through practicing kindness to all and benefiting others, we can create this for ourselves. With simple practices and methods we can learn to change our minds to promote a healthy, happy, confident way of being. This is easier, more fun and the only method that works.
I am thankful for the wonderful people who have kindly passed on their wisdom to me and thankful to you for allowing me to share it with you. I have found enormous benefits from putting this wise advice into practice.  It is up to you to put these practices into action. They do work. You just need to make the commitment to let them. With time and effort you’ll feel the changes – a more confident, content and peaceful you.

Who is this course for?
This 4 week course is a group programme for women of any age who are interested in reducing worry, unhappiness loneliness and low self confidence and developing more helpful ways of thinking and being to promote happiness, peace of mind, connection and confidence. This small group programme is specifically designed for pairs; so do it along with your mother, daughter, sister or friend.   

The Three Foundational Practices 
The Worry to Wonder 4 week course has as its focus 3 Foundational Practices
  1. Gratitude: Wake up Grateful 

  2. Meditation/Contemplation: Each Day.  Developing a daily mindfulness meditation practice and everyday mindfulness.  
  3. Kindness: All Day. To ourselves and others.  Going to Bed Content 

Feeling good about our lives and ourselves is a state of mind that is caused and comes from within. Our sense of well being is not dependent on goals we achieve, feedback from others, how much money or things we have or our body shape. We sabotage our confidence, contentment and peace of mind when we go looking for it outside of ourselves, treat others and ourselves unkindly and put our needs and ourselves first all the time.
Research has found that when we are grateful, mindful and kind toward others we experience deep joy, the receiver experiences deep joy and those that witness this generosity and kindness experience deep joy too.
We need to believe in the power of gratitude, compassionate mindfulness and kindness toward all and take action to practice it to change our lives.

Doing these foundational practices and exercises will help you take control of creating the causes for your contentment, confidence and peace of mind.
Putting them into practice is the key. 

The Course Workbook
Each of the POM courses including this first ‘Worry to Wonder Women’ uses a Four Week Workbook or journal to record these daily practice that are guaranteed to make you feel more content and peaceful.  The Workbook also contains information on the practices to read and contemplate as well as space to complete the exercises for the week. Keeping this Workbook will facilitate your well-being.
 
Worry to Wonder Details 
*  4 X I hour group sessions 
The classes will be held in Armadale, Melbourne at a time that suits us both.  I will ring you to discuss dates and times.  If you are unable to attend
personally because of geography we can arrange Skype or FaceTime sessions.  
*  Workbook and materials given at the first group session. 
*  Email support between sessions.  I will be available for email communication between our weekly sessions 

Cost $100 per person (Includes all materials, Workbook and email support between sessions.)

  2. Gratitude – why and how
  3. Meditation – why and how
  4. Kindness – why and how (including Kindness to ourselves)

Is this course for you?
If you feel you would like to be happier, more confident, less worried and lonely and have greater peace of mind this course is for you.  You will be guided through  the practices and assisted to integrate them into your life and who you are for a happier healthier you.
This course  is appropriate for people of any age, those who are younger and have yet to engrain unhelpful ways of thinking too deeply and those like me who  are older and have some well developed unhelpful habits that could do with some transforming into more helpful happy ways of being,    
This group course is designed to be done together with a friend or relative.

Why not give it a go all you have to lose is worry, low self confidence and unhappiness.  Its a great  way to kick off the new year and will give you some tools to use all through the year to promote your peace of mind, confidence and happiness.  We make investments in so many things but rarely stop to consider how an investment in peace is invaluable to our wellbeing, which of course it is.    
 
This programme uses a workbook and information sheets, which are included with the programme. The Workbook will be given to you at our first session. The workbook is also available for individual sale for $15. 
The total cost of the programme is $100 per person which includes all materials and four one hour sessions together.
